I'm streamlining the forum list as there were just too many forums on the index which not only takes a while to load (hard on the server) but having so many forum sections makes it hard for new users to find content. Plus, we really didn't need a dedicated forum section for Nissan V8's with 1 thread in it or the once in a blue moon thread about Volvo wagons.
The S55 motor actually is part of the N54,N55 engine family and architecture. There are parts that apply to both. Engine rods among others.
The reality is the N54/N55 are the past although they will always have a following. The B58/S58 are the future and those are in the same section sorted by prefix which works beautifully.
People hated having the N54/N55 together at first but I think you guys now see it makes sense and it's very easy to sort the forum by prefix just by clicking on the prefix to do so.
