Hey guys! Just trying to confirm if this guy is trying to rip off someone with a fake Chinese turbo spray painted as Vargas turbos. Not sure because one part of it looks laser engraved VTTO but the detail portion looks painted with finger prints on it.
Also , the invoice number is missing but he has ECS receipts he is claiming as legit. Not sure if he installed real ones and is swapping out china knockoffs as VTTO.
