I put 'best' in quotes for a reason as I kind of chuckled reading this:
Dynamic Autowerx Stage 2+ 775RS Hybrid Turbos for N54 powered BMWs are the best hybrids turbos you can buy on the platform to date.
These turbos are the first hybrid turbos weve installed (9 sets this season alone) that not only spool faster than any others, but hold boost throughout the power band so well you can use a straight edge to follow the dyno boost curve.

Where is the proof they spool best? Where is the proof they hold boost best?
Weren't people saying this is just relabled Chinese stuff? If so, isn't the assembled in USA misleading?
