Major underboosting, JB4 logs included

Hi guys,

this isn't my car but a friend of mine who has been having issues. The car is stock bar the JB4 and DCIs. On map 4 (stock boost) it is fine but on map 1 it doesn't get close to target and barely passes 10psi. He has had a smoke test with no leaks showing up. Any pointers as to where he should start looking first?
