N54: A Bit of assistance needed please!

Hi all.

Long time post stalker and long time Standalone tuner but not so long time flasher...

I have a 2007 E90 N54 335i 6AT sedan.

MSD80 running Alpina Transmission flash.

Car is completely stock in every way.

I do not have MHD or XHP but I have used MHD to pull the original Bin file from my DME, this was then opened in Tunerpro and adjusted for some more boost and a few little tweaks here and there for my preferences, reduced boost pressure at lower RPM and a slightly leaner mixture to aid better fuel economy. I followed a guide on an Excel spreadsheet made by someone a few years back which I downloaded a while back.

I used INPA to get all the build data and information from the car before doing any tuning/flashing to allow me the chance to reset everything should the flash be unsuccessful.

I tried BB v2.0 to flash the DME and it failed about 2 seconds after pressing "Write ECU" after the file was Validated by the program.
Result: Crank and no starting, 100% fuel pump operation permanently, DSC, Drivetrain failure and about 3 pages of DTC's, DME not identified etc etc etc.
I have tried BB Flash a few times, also trying the full force method with no luck.

I then used WinKFP to load the stock ZUSB files but I could not find the exact same version as indicated by INPA. I proceeded to select MSD80 and then uploaded the last file assuming it would be the latest update available.

I then tried going via WINKFP to upload the tune which was converted from .bin to .0DA running a batch file, the tune uploaded but it resulted in the same outcome as before.

I am definitely missing a step and would like some guidance to get this flash installed and I would appreciate any help

SUZB as indicated by INPA (UIF): 7611580 (I could not find this in WINKFP) so I installed 8619728 assumig it would the latest update

Upload was successful, car starts and runs but I now have 2 fault codes that won't clear.

1: 2FA3 - Coding missing
2: 2A18 - DMTL (Diagnostic Module Tank Leakage)

Thanks for taking the time people, I do appreciate it!
