N54: Stage3: Load above 3500 RPM almost 100% while Pedal is only 50%

Hi,

I'm Bert from Germany.

I've got a Problem regarding the bad controllabillity of power above 3.500 RPM.
It's almost like 1 and 0.

I found out, that at a certain threshold (around 50 to 60% pedal) the "load requested" immediately goes up to around 100% while the pedal remains at 60% (I mechanically blocked the pedal at 60% to prevent unwanted foot movement and drove logs).

Watch here please: (I'm not able to post the datazap link unfortunately, as I found out. So I attached a photo:)

Yellow line is what I would expect (and want) to happen with the load.
Pedal percentage is moving up thru the rev-range from 50% to 66% while Pedal is mechanically blocked. I know, that this is normal. We linearized the Pedal, so it stayed at 60%, this did help a little.

But the basic problem stays the same:
I don't get, why the load doesn't follow the pedal%, instead moves up to full load, while the pedal remains at around 60%.

This does not drive nicely.
This behaviour occurs with 2 custom mappings (from different mappers) as well as with the MHD Stages. It did this also on stock turbos.
This does not happen with stage0, everything goes smoothly... I want that back, but the power from stage3;)

What influences the load table to give that high numbers on part load?
My mappers seem to have no clue:scared-eek:

Many thanks in advance and
Greetings

Bert
