Just Installed Cobb Tune. Have some ??

Car: 09 BMW 335i Auto
Mods: Cobb Tune but otherwise stock.

The flashing process took FOREVER!

I timed each process:
~9 minutes to back up the OEM tune.
~19 minutes to flash the Stage1 Sports Tune ST.

Is this normal??

I used to run Cobb Tuner on my old MazdaSpeed6 & MazdaSpeed3.
The back up of the OEM tune would take about 15 minutes.
But the OTS/Custom tunes would only take ~3-4 minutes.
