N54: Anyone in NC using catted downpipes pass emissions?

looking to go the FBO route with JB4 and BMS BEF using MHD. In doing research I can
a) use catless DP, then remove or use the resistor trick before inspection. Has anyone in NC been successful with the resistor trick?
b) Use catted high flow DP and put the rear O2 sensor in. Ive seen this may or may not work even if emissions reediness goes green the comuters can still see things arent right. Or use mini-cats or extensions on the rear O2 bung. Again any NC folks go this route?

I even spoke with MHD they basically said i am better off leaving stock cats, or removing catted DP every year. as the high flow cats dont work in some states.

So at the 400 RWHP range will stock cats work with a intercooler, intake upgrade and meth? Or do i need the catless or high flow catted DP?s what the HP difference going FBO with stock cats, catted high flow DP or catless DP?

I will be doing the install looked fairly straightforward how may hours to swap back and forth?

I ran into emissions reediness hell last year i could not get the 02 and stock CAT to set and do not want the car to become a garage ornament.
