N54: Midrange fuel oscillations : Out of ideas

Hi there, hopefully someone has some ideas or opinions that can help me figure out what I think seems to be unsteady fuel regulation on my car.
Mods are

• Full bolt-ons [Cobb catted downpipes, VSRF 7inch IC, Inlets, DCI, Charge Pipe, BOV, RB PCV, DAW 17t, Full Borla catback exhaust.
• PFS Stage 3 fuel pump, New OEM filter-regulator, BMP4 dual pump controller. Running 2 Walbro 535 pumps.

My tuner is limiting some things as we try to sort the fueling out. I want to install my PI setup but the oscillations are making me speculate I could have a starvation issue, however the latest logs were made with a full tank. I don't think I can actually starve a bucketed setup with a full tank so now I'm having a brain fart. I might add some duty cycle to the BMP as an experiment but I wanted to shoot a post here first just in case someone may have walked this mile before. I have searched and searched.. Please help ..

Last Ideas I have ..

• Fuel line upgrade from tank to HPFP. [that's in the works will probably be full -6an to the HPFP].
• Installing my Motiv and flex fuel sensor [will do with fuel line]
