Noise in 3rd gear

I just got done installing rebuilt turbos, new belt, tensioner, idlers, water pump, tstat and vac lines. Everything seemed to be great builds boost great no issues except in 3rd gear I am getting a very odd noise in the higher rpms. Under full throttle it does it and also half throttle + lift the throttle the noise happens. 2nd gear I can go wot and shift and part way into third the noise will start. I am going to put it up on ramps in the morning and take a look. Any input would be great. Here is a vid of the noise
