N54 Driveshaft Upgrades

My center support bearing appears to have gone out (howling, driveshaft bouncing off the chassis at low rpm).

I already have the 335is guibo (aluminum instead of rubber) and the M3 differential bushing upgrade. Aside from upgraded driveshafts and axles (which I don't believe I need just yet), are there any other maintenance / upgrades?

ECS is pretty good about listing available OE upgrades, nothing shown for the CSB and mount.
