Ethanol problem with jb4

I'm running 60/40 Fuel 93 and Ethanol.I have a 450 Walboro on my car plus car is flashed
too.For some reason at high RPM car just cuts off power ,car does not switch back map 4.
I wonder if I should put twin 450 Walboro to solved fuel starvation on high rpm?
If I run like 80/20 no problem with car.
